EHP Labs OxyShred

EHP Labs OxyShred should be taken twice per day.
Take your first dose of 1 scoop 30 minutes before pre-breakfast cardiovascular exercise or before breakfast on an empty stomach.

Take your second dose of 1 scoop 4 to 6 hours later on an empty stomach (no later than 4 pm in the afternoon).

Mix 1 scoop with 250ml of water in a shaker.
