This product is a staple in my supplement regime! As well as using in the morning before regular training, I use it to make a delicious slushie mid afternoon with crushed ice cubes, berries and coconut yoghurt. The perfect mid afternoon pick me up!!!

Incredibly effective as a morning boost for fasted cardio, acts as an appetite suppressant as well. Really yummy taste - a bit gritty in texture. Will repurchase for sure though 👌🏼
