Deficit can be taken between 1-2 times per day.

For your first serving, take 1 scoop of Deficit with at least 100ml of water 15–30 minutes before doing your fasted cardio exercise, or as you start your day on an empty stomach.

An additional second serving of Deficit can be taken 6-8 hours later with water.

Consider how much caffeine you consume in a 24 hour period before having a second serving.
